Electro Pinto s.a.r.l takes your privacy very seriously. In accordance with the data protection policy implemented by Electro Pinto s.a.r.l, the following five principles form the basis of our privacy service;
- Electro Pinto s.a.r.l will always use your personal data fairly and trustworthyly.

Implementation of your consent
Consent is not required if the processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of a legal or contractual obligation. For all other processing of the data provided by you, Electro Pinto s.a.r.l cannot simply pre-choose your consent, but obtains it before it can be processed.
How do we collect your personal information?
In this Privacy Statement, your “Personal Information” is one or more pieces of information that could identify you. This usually includes information such as your name, address, identifiers, email address and telephone number, as well as other information about your past or ongoing business activities. We may collect this information from a variety of sources, including;

- Information we collect through our partners or social networks.
How do we use your personal information?
We use your personal data as part of the overall management of the activities of our organization, i.e.:
- for the processing of the orders completed with you or Contracts;
- to offer you our services;
- to charge for our services and to manage your invoices as part of our accounting;
- to build a customer database.
If we collect personal information for these purposes only, we will not store it for longer than is necessary for this purpose, unless it must be retained for legitimate legal reasons.
In order to protect this data from accidental or malicious destruction when we delete it from our services, we may not be able to immediately delete all remaining copies of our servers or backup systems.
To whom do we share your personal data?
In principle, we do not pass on your personal data to third parties. However, in the context of the performance of the contract, it may happen that we have to pass on your data, but to carefully selected and controlled subcontractors.
We may also share your personal information with organizations if we believe that disclosure of the information is necessary for legal reasons in connection with a lawsuit.
Do we transfer your personal data to other countries?
We do not transfer any of your personal data to servers outside the EU and use subcontractors who undertake to store your data in European territory. In the event of a change to the Policy, this transfer will be carried out in accordance with data protection laws and you will be informed.

We take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and require that third parties who treat or process your personal information do the same.
If Electro Pinto s.a.r.l cooperates with other companies, they will only be selected after a full selection procedure. In this selection process, each individual service provider is carefully selected according to its data protection and organisational relevance. A contract for the processing of contractual data is concluded only if it meets the identified security requirements, including European and national regulatory requirements.
Access to your personal data is limited to prevent unauthorized access, alteration or misuse and is only permitted to our employees and agents who need it in the course of their work.

In addition to providing our services, we also use your personal information to communicate with you through our marketing offers or promotions and to recommend other services that may be of interest to you.

We may change this Privacy Policy by posting an updated version.
